Present Area of responsibility: 47 countries of Latin America and Caribbean (Mexico, Central America, South America and Caribbean nations)
General responsibilities:
To development spiritual movements within the sport world of Latin America consisting of men and women who love the Lord Jesus with all their heart, are committed to the study and progressive application of the Word of God to their life and career, and who have a passion to use their life and platform to share Christ with the world. The general mode of operation is to win athletic influencers to Christ, build them up in faith and send to their area of influence to proclaim the gospel.Specifics responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate AIA’s ministry in Latin America Initiate ministries in each country Recruit, train, position, evaluate, encourage and pastor national leaders Resource national ministries with finances, materials, strategies and people to accelerate those ministries Represent national ministries to Campus Crusade for Christ, AIA International, churches and potential resource agencies and individuals.
The ultimate purpose:
To bring men and women to Christ, to help develop them as disciples of Christ, and aid them in using their life for the glory of God and bring others into the kingdom of Christ.
